BP declines help from Austrian company

As a remedy to the disaster in the Gulf of Mexico the federal government decided to use underwater oil dissolvers. All more or less biologically sound. The Austrian product Bioversal, which dissolves oil organically offered BP its help, but the oil giant declined.
