82nd Annual Academy Awards - Press Room

If the rumors are true and Sandra Bullock’s marriage is not rock-solid, winning an Oscar really does not have a positive effect on the female winners’ private lives. Winning the golden man, was followed by lots of heartache before, remember Charlize Theron, Hilary Swank, Halle Berry and Reese Witherspoon? So shortly after last year’s winning actress Kate Winslet announced the end of her marriage, this tatooed model, trying to catch some of the limelight, went to a US magazine claiming she had an 11-month-affair with Bullock’s husband.

True or not true, understandably the Superstar has no intention of doing media interviews at the moment and so Sandra Bullock cancelled her UK “Blind Side” premiere appearance and the following press statement was issued:

“Due to unforeseen personal reasons a trip abroad to support The Blind Side has been deemed impossible at this time. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film.”

Jesse James broke the silence and even if he called the majority of the allegations untrue, he apologized in a statement provided to People magazine: “There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me.”
“It’s because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way,” he says in the statement. “This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”

Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James has been alleged by an American magazine to be having a relationship with this Tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee
